Deanne Calisthenics Club provides calisthenics classes for a range of age groups from 2 years through to adults.
If you are new to calisthenics, we welcome participants to attend and tryout the classes before committing and paying fees.
Parents are asked to remain outside the hall once classes have commenced.
Age is assessed as being reached by 31 December.
Competitions
Deanne Calisthenics Club teams compete in local and interstate competitions each year. The current competition schedule appears on our calendar.
Local Competitions
Local team competitions commence in June starting with the Deanne competition. This is followed by the preliminary and championship team competitions held in August and September of each year organised by Calisthenics ACT.
Interstate Competitions
Deanne Calisthenics Club has a tradition of sending the Sub-Junior, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Teams to Ballarat to compete in the Royal South Street Eisteddfod held in October each year.
Some teams choose to attend the NSWCAI competitions, in Sydney, NSW State Championships instead of going to Ballarat.

Uniform and Merchandise
For classes participants will need a black leotard, tights or leggings and an aesthetic skirt (provided by the club at a small cost). Hair needs to be off the face in a bun or pony tail.
The Deanne Club jacket is compulsory and is worn to all competitions.
There are other items that can be purchased for both participants and family. These items include the Deanne back pack (highly recommended), sports bag, jacket, leggings, shorts, hoodie, vest, singlet and polo shirt.
Second hand uniforms
